DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (May 3, 2008) - Bryce Miller is looking forward to returning to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in two weeks in Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16 competition.
The third-place driver in Rolex Series GT points last season, Miller switched to TRG for this season and is driving with Ted Ballou in the No. 66 Marquis Jet/Resorts International Porsche GT3 this season. The pair's best finish came in the Rolex 24 At Daytona, when the car finished second.
Disappointing finishes in the next three races have dropped Miller and Ballou to a ninth-place tie in points. The No. 66 won at Laguna Seca last season in GT competition, and with the RumBum.com 250 coming up at Laguna - TRG's home track - Miller hopes the team can defend that win, getting back to its winning ways.

But it's more than just improving on their tough luck in recent races. Laguna Seca is a track full of elevation changes and turns, making it one of the favorites on the circuit.
"The famed corkscrew segment and 300 feet in elevation change characterize this track as exhilarating and quite unique. Some banked corners make for high speed cornering and increased latitudinal G-Force. I always look forward to returning here as I enjoy driving the circuit as much as I enjoy the beautiful scenery around it. We'll be pushing hard for a strong result in our Marquis Jet/Resorts International Porsche."
Miller and the rest of the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16 competitors will race at 1 p.m. May 17 at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, round five on the schedule.
